ARVA Maintenance Plans

ARVA Maintenance Plans create a fixed monthly fee that covers all your repair needs.
The ARVA Maintenance Plan is launched with an aim to provide both residential and commercial customers with a low cost, reliable, high quality and safe solution to all their construction and maintenance needs. The plan is divided into BASIC plan for residential consumers only, a DELUXE plan for residential consumers and small businesses and a CORPORATE plan for business customers.

Coverage Details:
Plumbing
INCLUDED: Labour associated with repairs to existing installations and replacement of minor parts such as PVC fittings, washers, adhesives and tapes.
NOT INCLUDED: New or replacement valves, taps, mixers and other major plumbing fixtures, and labour for excavation associated with underground plumbing.
Electrical
INCLUDED: Labour associated with repairs to existing installations. All wires, connectors, outlets, switches and tape.
NOT INCLUDED: New or replacement major electrical fittings like light fixtures, breakers, panels and pumps. Labour for new installations or rewiring to meet code.
Monthly Inspection
Each customer is entitled to (but not required to have) one free monthly inspection of their property in the areas covered by their plan. This inspection will help prevent potential problems and keeps the customer up to date on the status of their systems.
Air Conditioning
INCLUDED: Labour associated with repairs to existing installations, gas, and filters.
NOT INCLUDED: New or replacement major components such as compressors, dryers, ducts, pumps, and fans.
Pool and Fountain Equipment
INCLUDED: Service of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, timers and heaters.
NOT INCLUDED: The supply or replacement of major plumbing or electrical fixtures (see "Plumbing" and "Electrical" above).
Project Discount
This is a special discount given to customers of the Deluxe or Corporate plan. Projects not covered under the plan such as large scale renovations, building additions, roofing, tiling, flooring, and landscaping will be largely discounted (in some cases completely eliminating the cost of labour). This discount is dependent on the size and complexity of the project. All customers with the Project Discount advantage have access to free quotes for any of these projects.
Carpentry & Masonry
Offered exclusively to our Corporate plan customers. Due to the vast differences of the architecture and use of different properties (e.g. a library vs a basketball court) ARVA will, after an analysis of the property and discussion with you, decide what is covered. The Corporate plan is unique in that its monthly fee is negotiable giving customers the freedom to pay what they want based on how much of their property they want covered.
